GET YOUR EDN RESENT TO YOURSELF

Ozdocs International is pleased to announce a new feature on the EDN tracking website. Now you can request an EDN resend from the directly from the Ozdocs EDN tracking website.

To access this new feature follow the steps below:

  • Go to the EDN tracking website.
     
  • Log in by entering in your Username & Password (If you do not know what your login information is, then pls do send us an email and we will send you the details).
     
  • Select the EDN you want to be resent to you and click on the button "Send EDN To Desktop". The selected EDN will be sent to your desktop software immediately.

    We are still at your service to resend your EDN messages.
    If you want to call us to resend a message for your, we will be happy to do so.

    The choice is yours:

    1) Get an immediate resend (24 x 7) using the EDN tracking website.
    2) Get our personalized service by calling us.


    Please do test this new feature today. Remember that this is your 24 x 7 access to your EDNs.
